Can I place an order without "Setting up an Account" with you?
It is possible to order without Registering. Please use the instructions below:
After adding the items you wish to purchase to your Shopping Cart, click the “Check Out” button. The next screen that appears is Checkout/Login Screen. If you wish to checkout without Registering, click on option that says “Place Order Without Account.”

What is the difference between creating an account and placing order without an account?
Creating an account with us will help in your future purchasing as the system will store your shipping and billing addresses (but not your credit card information). Furthermore, you will be able to check your order history by logging in. Without an account, all your information will not be stored, and each time, to place an order, you would have to retype all your information. However, without an account, you will still be able to track your order and create a wish list.

How can I follow-up on an order I have already placed?
You may check the status of your order by visiting our website Garden2Gifts.Com. At the Navigation Bar under the masthead, select the button “Order Tracking”. Once an order is shipped, we would update the record and you can see the status and tracking (if applicable) of your order here. You will need your Order Number and Order Email to access your information. If you have an account with us, you may lock in and view your order history. In any event you are not able to get your required information, please call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-385-0388 and our friendly representatives will be very happy to assist you. You can reach us Monday-Friday between the hours of 9 AM and 6 PM Eastern Standard Time.

I have registered with the Shopping Cart, but have forgotten my password. How can I retrieve it?
If you have forgotten your password, please click on “Forgot My Password” in the Checkout/Login screen. Your password will be emailed to your registered email address immediately.

How soon will I get my order?
We do our best to ship all orders within 2 business days. Shipping time may take another 2 to 14 days depending on the shipping service you have chosen during “Check Out”. In total, please allow 10 – 14 business days to receive your order using our FREE SHIPPING service. If you need to receive your order more quickly, please make sure you upgrade your shipping option to “Priority” or “Expedited” for additional charges.

Why do I have to pay sales tax?
Garden2Gifts is located in Auburn, Georgia. As a result, anyone who orders product in the state of Georgia is required to pay 7% sales tax. All other states are exempt from sales tax collection.

Do you have printed catalogs?
We do not have printed catalogs as our products are updated daily.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?
Currently, our online system accepts only single shipping address. If you have multiple addresses for your order, you would have to create multiple orders, each order to a single address. In other words, you would have to check out from our website multiple times to complete your overall order. Alternatively, you may call our Customer Service Department MON - FRI 9 - 5 ET to place your order.

Can I have all items in my order put in one Gift Box?
For each item, we offer the option of a gift box. However, in the case that you may wish to purchase several items and put all of them in one large gift box, please call our Customer Service Department.

What do I need to do to cancel or change an order?
If you change your mind about an order, you may cancel it any time within 24 hours without incurring any cost. Please call our Customer Service to cancel or change your order and followed by a written notice. Cancelling or changing after the first 24 hours of placing an order may incur costs and Garden2Gifts.Com will not be responsible for these costs. If an order has been shipped out, it is the customer's responsibility to contact your recipients to return the package. For a cancelled order which has been shipped, we will charge 20% restocking fee plus our shipping and handling charges. To change an order after it has been shipped, you will have to bear the return and reshipping charges. We will not refund any packaging, gift boxes and gift wrapping costs. All personalized items are not returnable.

How much are the shipping costs and what is the shipping time?
Standard - Free - 10 to 14 business days
Priority - $15.95 (flat) - 5 to 10 business days
Expedited - $29.95 (flat) - 2 to 5 business days
