Guarantee and Return Policy
All products are guaranteed to be free of defects on parts/materials and workmanship. All food items are guranteed for their freshness. Shipments should be inspected immediately by the recipient upon arrival. Please file a claim with carrier for any losses or damages and then report to us within 48 hours of receipt of shipment. We will replace any damaged or defective products provided these are reported to us promptly. Please retain merchandize in its original packing. We make every effort to replace erroneous or damaged shipments promptly.
To return a product for refund or exchange, please call our Customer Care Department at 1-800-385-0388 for Return Authorisation. Products returned for refunds or exchange must be in their original conditions and unused. Customer pays for return shipping charges and reshipping charges in the case of exchanging goods. For example, you received a blue bracelet but you want a black one. You may send the blue bracelet back to us. You would have to pay for the return shipping and reshipping costs for shipping the black bracelet to you. For returns, we charge a 20% restocking fee plus full shipping costs we have incurred when we ship the merchandize to you. We can only refund to the original purchaser.
