We currently offer 3 types of shipping services: Standard (10-14 business days), Priority (5-10 business days) and Expedited (2-5 business days). Currently we offer free shipping with our standard shipping method (for the 48 continental states of America only). If you would like to take our free shipping offer, please make sure that you order your gifts well ahead of time to allow your gifts to be delivered promptly to the recipients. We charge a flat rate for our Priority and Expedited Shipping Services disregard of the number of items in your order. These charges are only valid for shipping to the same address within the 48 contiguous states in America.

For Alaska and Hawaii, only "Air Service Shipping" is available. We charge a flat rate of $49.95 to ship to these states.
We are currently unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, U.S. territories, or international destinations.
Shipping & Transit Time
All orders will be processed and shipped out from our Auburn, GA facility within 2 business days via our chosen carriers (DHL, UPS, FEDEX or USPS). The time your packages will be delivered to your recipient(s) will depend on the shipping services you choose during "Check Out". The total shipping time is the time taken when we receive your order to the time the package is delivered to your recipient. The estimated time period for shipping is indicated below:

Shipping & Delivery
If you are residing outside the United States of America, and would like to purchase gifts for someone residing in the USA, you may do so online. If you are shipping to an international address, please contact us to place your orders.
We know how important it is for your recipients to receive their gifts promptly. Please place your order well ahead of time to avoid disappointment and costly shipping cost. All packages will be shipped out from our Auburn, GA warehouse. You will be notified via email if there is any delay so that appropriate action can be taken promptly. We will notify you through email when your order is shipped and provide you with the tracking number so that you can track your order online. Multiple items in an order may be shipped separately.
What To Do If a Shipment Is Damaged During Transit
Upon receipt of the shipment, please have your recipient thoroughly inspect all sides of each package before signing for delivery. Note any tears or indentations on the delivery receipt. If the package is damaged:
1. Call the carrier within 24 hours of delivery and request inspection
2. Keep carton and packaging
3. Retain copy of inspection report
4. Call Garden2Gifts Customer Service within 48 hours to report the damage. Upon verification, we will replace the item and ship it out at no additional cost to you.
Missing Packages
To minimize losses, we require a signature from the recipient address upon delivery. If you are expecting a package and are not available to receive it, please assign someone to sign for the package. If this gift is meant to be a surprise, the purchaser should ensure that someone is available to receive it on the delivery day. If the package is to be delivered to an office environment, it is the purchaser's and receiver's responsibility to track down the package. Please understand Garden2Gifts.Com will not be able to do anything once the package is delivered. If the package is not delivered after 3 attempts, it will be redirected to the purchaser who will be responsible for additional charges. Garden2Gifts.Com is not responsible for any missing or lost packages once they are delivered and signed for. We are also not responsible for any refused packages. All refused packages will be redirected to the original purchasers and additional charges may incur.
