Our fresh selections are not available for delivery in Nunavut, or the Northwest and Yukon Territories.

Grower Fresh orders are delivered Tuesday through Saturday. There are no Sunday or Monday deliveries. If either Sunday or Monday is selected, we will automatically adjust it to the next delivery day.

A physical delivery address is required (no PO Boxes/RR addresses). Incorrect or incomplete delivery information will result in delays and increased shipping charges.

Deliveries will be made to the address given. The courier may leave the package if they deem the area to be safe. We are not responsible for delivery to the intended recipient once the delivery has been made to the address specified.

Ensure someone will be at the delivery location. Our couriers have scheduled routes; a delivery time cannot be guaranteed or requested. We are not responsible for deliveries to apartments, residential locations or businesses that cannot be completed due to the courier requiring a signature.

Verify receiving policies/hours of operation prior to ordering when sending to a business (company, school, hospital, etc.). The delivery location should be aware there is a delivery scheduled on that particular day. We are not responsible if the courier cannot deliver the package due to the business being closed.
